Yes. Safety is our #1 priority. Every Boxspace Host goes through a strict ID Verification process. Furthermore, we equip many spaces with our Bluetooth Smart Padlocks, which track every entry and exit event. Unlike Gumtree or Marketplace rentals, every booking on Boxspace includes our Goods Protection Guarantee (up to $5,000).

What is "Smart Access" and how does it work?

We believe keys are outdated. When you rent a "Smart Access" enabled space, you receive a digital key on your phone. You simply stand near the lock, tap "Unlock" in the Boxspace App, and the padlock opens via Bluetooth. It allows for instant move-ins 24/7 without needing to meet the host.

I own a warehouse. Can I list bulk space?

Absolutely. Boxspace has a dedicated commercial team. If you have excess hardstand, pallet racking, or yard space, we can list it as a "Micro-Hub." We handle the marketing and payments; you simply monetize your empty square meters. Contact our commercial team for a consultation.

I NEED SPACE: How do I find and book?

Simply launch our app, enter your location, and browse verified listings nearby. Filter by size, price, or access type. Once you find a space, you can book instantly online. If it's a Smart Access unit, you'll get digital keys immediately. If not, we'll coordinate the connection.

I HAVE SPACE: How much can I earn?

Earnings depend on your location and space type. A secure double garage in a high-demand area like Robina or Burleigh can earn $300-$400 per month. Commercial hardstands can earn significantly more. Listing is free, and we only take a small commission when you get paid.
